Day two. Clouds cleared. Paella arrived. Chicken and chorizo topped with crispy fried chicken and a delicious veggie option too.

The Saturday after the wedding - pool party at Pure House, blue skies, a pans of paella bigger than most people’s kitchen tables, and a very happy crowd.

This is the best kind of encore.

Katie and Alessandro’s wedding at the beautiful villa Baloo where our job was to wow the guests with incredible food.

The wedding celebration started with canapés as the sun came down. Za’atar chicken skewers, jamón croquettes, seabass ceviche with mandarin yuzu, gnudi pasta, and an oyster shucker at the reception.

Then Italian sharing starters, Homemade agnolotti with spinach, ricotta, butter and sage - and a sharing main of tomahawk, grilled chicken and hamachi.

Cooking up perfection. This is what we love.
