This Friday morning, we hosted a private tasting for a lovely group from the UK — and together we went deep into the world of sparkling wines.

Not just drinking… discovering.

Same grape, same region — completely different expressions.

We tasted, compared, asked questions, and yes — laughed a lot along the way.

Happy to invite you to join us for the special wine tasting in Sitges.

This time we dive into the fascinating world of Malvasia de Sitges — the town’s very own grape with a story that can truly break your heart.
Let’s explore a different side of Malvasia: absolutely dry, elegant, and full of character.

For this special tasting, we’ve selected 6 artisanal white wines made from this extraordinary grape, sourced from small, passionate producers across Spain — including a rare bottle from Mallorca.

Most of these wines are hard (or impossible!) to find in regular stores. Some even come from our personal collection, and we’re thrilled to open them just for this evening.

As always, we’ll share the stories behind the bottles — the people, the vineyards, and the philosophies that make each wine unique.

We are happy to announce our next artisanal wine tasting in Sitges.

Join us on a journey into the surprising world of local reds — wines handmade in limited amounts by passionate artisans.

The Penedès may be known for its sparkling wines and fresh whites, but that’s only part of the story. Beyond the bubbles, you’ll find red wines full of character, depth, and discovery. We’ve curated six unique bottles that showcase this hidden side of the region — including rare grape varieties you may have never tasted before.

As always, our wines come from small, family-run wineries where tradition, care for the land, and true craftsmanship guide every step. These are bottles you won’t stumble upon in ordinary shops — they are rare treasures, waiting to be shared.

This tasting is all about surprises. One grape, many faces.

From skin-contact to barrel-aged or amphora-aged, pét-nat to unfiltered — you’ll discover just how diverse and exciting Verdejo can be when it’s made with heart, not hype. Some bottles even come from vines that are 140 to 200 years old.

All the wines come from small, passionate producers who work with minimal intervention possible and sustainably. And as always, we’ll share the stories behind the bottles — the people, the places, the philosophies.
