Our first main sous vide food day with SousVide2Go was a major success at Pub Branigans. I’m now looking at the foid for the next time and thought I’d reach out to see what people think sounds good - what would you go for?

1.Sous vide aged fillet steak, salad, fries pepper corn sauce. Home made coleslaw.

2.Sous vide Chicken korma or tikka massala with rice and popadum & Dips.

3.Sous vide chicken with or with out Dijon mustard sauce. Salad & Fries.
Home made coleslaw.

Now we have live music!
Sous vide pork loin and and salad and Chinese curry sauce plus for the vegetarians we made some real nice vegetable spring rolls which was real tasty 👌
