We utilize a 24hr Express Cold Shipping Courier service with SEUR. The cost, whether you order 1kg or 5kg (cooler box can accommodate up to 5kg) remains the same at €19.60. This is inclusive of shipping charges, cooler box itself and IVA charges. Thus, a tip, if you order 5kg at a time your cost per kg is lower than if you order 1kg for example. STORING BILTONG: Please remember it´s not 100% dry. Therefore unless you store it correctly, it might produce some mould. If you order more than you can eat at one time, we suggest wrap it in newspaper (to keep freezer burn off) and freeze it. Once you´re ready to eat it, take it out and leave in a dry airy place for a couple of hours. Packaging and Recycling:
You would have noticed we do not use new boxes. We do this for 2 reasons. Firstly it´s our contribution to being environmentally aware and recycling where we can. Secondly it´s a cost we do not have to pass on to you as the customer so we see it as a win-win for all.
