El otoño se abre paso y la viña entra en reposo. Cada cepa dibuja su silueta de hojas marchitas, esperando la poda invernal.
En esta fase reducimos madera vieja, equilibramos brazos y dejamos solo las yemas necesarias para regular la producción.
Menos carga, más calidad.
Así empieza la próxima añada.
Autumn takes over and the vineyard enters its rest.
Each vine traces its silhouette of withered leaves, waiting for winter pruning.
At this stage we remove old wood, balance the arms, and leave only the buds needed to regulate the yield.
Less load, better quality.
