One of the things we enjoy most in our work is spending time with our Ardent kids.

Yesterday, our kids experienced something many of us take for granted—they went up to the 5th floor of a building for the very first time in their lives. Watching their faces light up with excitement, amazement, and pure joy at 5th floor was absolutely priceless.

Moments like these remind us that it’s often the little experiences that create the biggest memories. We’re so grateful to be part of their journey.

Update:
Construction of new Ardent Coffee Warehouse in Addis Ababa is in full swing and is expected to be completed within the next 2–3 weeks. We’ll soon begin processing the new crop at our new facility.

About Ardent Children Center (ACC)
— Founded on April 29, 2020.
— Over the past six years, ACC has been supporting 70 orphan children in Bensa and Yirgacheffe.
— Both centers operate from their own buildings, situated in the heart of coffee farm areas.

Today Ardent Bensa team celebrated the Fichee–Cambalaalla in Bensa, honoring the culture and values of the Sidama people in the presence of respected elders.

Fichee–Cambalaalla is the New Year of the Sidama people and one of the most important expressions of their shared identity and heritage.
