Like many great companies before us, 8-Bit Brewing started in a garage in America. Our head brewer had a video game room and personal brewery making 50 liters of beer at a time. He named all of his beers after his favorite games, and since he had to drink 100 pints of everything he made, he started to make changes to his beers so that they wouldn't start to get too heavy or chalky and he wouldn't

get sick of them after weeks of drinking the same beers. The unintentional result of this was that after 8 years of this, he had over 50 recipes of easy to drink, sessionable, game themed craft ales. After moving to Finland he teamed up with a local bar manager and a talented home brewer. They decided to open 8-Bit Brewing. We are now open and available, serving our light but flavorful take on classic styles and also striving to create new and interesting flavor combinations.
