H1 is done and frankly so are we😅

It’s been a full first half of the year:
🎉 Celebrating Fygë’s 5th Birthday
👏 Organising our biggest event yet for L’Oréal
👨🏻‍🍳 Doubling the ingredients used in our kitchen
🚗 Increasing deliveries from 144 in 2025 to 225 this year

We are so grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey! And we are so excited for what H2 brings us.

Talking of local produce, we gave the mic to our Executive Chef Omar to tell us more about how he puts together the seasonal menus.

Especially for us in the food industry in Finland, seasonality and locally sourcing our produce is one of the most important topics for us.
