# # # Rice Cooking Method
1. Rinse A*O rice three times with cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak the rice for 24 hours. If you’re in a hurry, soak it for 1-2 hours. Add some coarse salt to help the rice stretch and expand.
3. After soaking, drain the rice and place it in a large pot with boiling water and coarse salt.
4. When the rice is cooked, the grains will be long and stretched.
5. Drain the rice. You can add potato slices or lavash bread at the bottom of the pot for a crispy layer.
6. When steaming, add 6 pieces of A*O brand cardamom and 10 pieces of cumin (or any spice of your choice) to enhance the flavor based on your taste.
After 30-40 minutes of steaming, your rice will be ready, fluffy, and delicious.
