Some things in life are impossible to avoid. Winter. Turbulence. Taxes. And once a year, Jesse asking for another Juicy Juice. At this point, we’ve stopped asking questions and simply accept our fate. The annual tropical juice delivery is back on the schedule, packed with enough fruity hop character to make the flight crew question whether this is still technically beer.

Introducing Jesse: He's our label expert and the man behind Flight Level graphic design. Although not as celebrated as Juice, Jesse is also interested in aviation photography. This rare photo of our signature paper airplane was captured by the man himself, during the sunset descent to HEL airport.

We asked Jesse what kind of beer he would like to brew. The answer was: "Tropical and juicy". So here we are with another juicy juice. Cheers!

NEW RELEASE!!!

Vector is our West Coast IPA series where each batch is pushed in a new direction through a rotating hop profile. Heading 090 assigned, read back and maintained. At least according to the instruments.

Vectoring through Cascade, Simcoe & Rakau: classic grapefruit bitterness, resinous pine, and subtle stone fruit character cruising straight through a clean, unapologetically West Coast finish. Maintain heading. Cheers!

After a little while in the hangar, our raspberry-lime troublemaker is back. Still sour. Still juicy. Still vibrating like it knows exactly what you did last night. And since some things are best explained by qualified professionals, here's the original briefing:

The stick shaker is a stall warning device which warns the pilots that the aircraft is approaching an aerodynamic stall.

You know that moment in the cockpit when the joystick starts vibrating and every fiber of your being screams “we're about to eat it”. Yeah, we brewed that feeling into a beer. This raspberry-lime sour packs a pucker punch strong enough to pull 3Gs in tight formation and it’s smoother than Leisure Suit Larry himself in a white jumpsuit and gold wings he didn’t earn. Some sours shake your taste buds. This one shakes your soul. And your stick. Grab it. Pull gently. Wait for the moan of airflow... and lean in. Warning: may cause premature rotation. Cheers 🍺

“Hey, Captain! I’ve got something for you, could you sign this NOTOC for me?”
“Yeah, sure thing!”

“Okay, is this Dangerous Goods?”
“Well, yeah… It can be!”

Dangerous goods are sometimes carried on aircraft. The Notification to Captain (NOTOC) gives the crew information about what kind of cargo is in the hold.

This beer is labeled for a good reason. It’s fresh, it’s tasty, and it’s dangerously good! You’ve been warned. Cheers! 🍺

Vancouver called: they want their haze back. Too late because Juise already brought it to Finland.

Juise is back in town! Introducing Juise: He's an avid aviator and photographer from Finland and dear friend of ours who lives in Vancouver, Canada.

This hazy ipa is a tribute to Juise and a re-release of 2025 Juise's Juicy Juice.

For this 2026 release, we drew even more inspiration from Vancouver’s breweries and switched to a juicier yeast strain.

You just gotta love the photography skills featured in this label 😍 Welcome home buddy. Cheers Juise 🍺

No duty, no dispatch, no second set of eyes. Just the Capitana running a single-pilot operation through a Cancún night. Originally scheduled as a simple out-and-back evening, the Capitana initiated a delay “for one quick stop” that has now extended indefinitely across multiple cantinas. She was last seen three Mexican lagers deep in a cantina, confidently explaining to a ceiling fan how to land an aircraft.

“Lost Capitana” is a crisp & easy-drinking Mexican lager with notes of lime. All flights canceled. Beers… not so much. Cheers 🍺
