We hate waiting times, they give a crappy consumer experience and make the restaurants lose a lot of money. How long until they take your order? What if you need a refill, how long does it take for the waiter to notice you? Restaurants are so hectic, that the consumer experience is completely ruined. People spend on average 30 minutes just WAITING. And restaurants lose money every minute of every hour of every day, that their customers are not consuming. Maître is a mobile app that lets restaurants' customers to order food and drinks right from their phone. It allows people to place orders, call the waiter and ask for the bill, without having to wait at all. How cool is that?! Removing that waiting time and providing a gorgeous user experience with a content-rich digital menu is a major step to bring back a great consumer experience into the restaurant industry.
