Applying for pastry chef jobs brought up a need to tinker, fiddle and faff đ€Ș It's (almost) spring here in Finland so springy, tangy and bright flavours were called for.
Presenting: Lemon Curd Mousse / Licorice Caramel Heart / Ginger Turmeric Sesame Cake with a dash of Tahini
Very yummy, yes oh yes. Quite shiny, yes of yes. Lots of learning and tweaking of recipes. And yes, of course the Most Perfect mirror glaze did not coincide with the Most Even cake base but a crooked one. Such is life. Still ate it. Still loved it â„ïž
