Panimon takapihan piikikkäät pensaat piilottavat sisäänsä ravintorikkaan, maultaan intensiivisen ja vahvan hapokkaan tyrnin. Kauniin oranssi marja on viekoitellut seireenin lailla meitä jo jonkin aikaa, sen päästessä vihdoin ansaitsemaansa valokeilaan. Kirpeä ja erittäin hapokas marja on saanut tasapainottavaksi kaverikseen hedelmäisen mangon ja lopputulos on viimeistelty meille aina yhtä rakkaalla salmiakilla ja lakritsilla. Makumaailmassa yhdistyy pohjolan karu luonto, tropiikin lempeys sekä salmiakin ja lakritsin suolaisen makea liitto.

The prickly bushes in our backyard conceal the sea buckthorn — a nutrient-rich berry with an intense flavor and bold acidity. This orange beauty has been luring us in like a siren for some time, and now it finally steps into the spotlight it deserves. To balance the berry’s tart, highly acidic nature, we’ve paired it with fruity mango, finishing the blend with salmiakki and liquorice we (and you!) love so much. The flavor profile marries the harsh nature of the North with the gentleness of the tropics and the salty-sweet union of beloved candies.
New release is available at CoolHead Taproom and in well-stocked supermarkets nationwide from next week.
