We do compost, harvest rainwater and use our dwells for water self-sufficiency. We try to increase the biodiversity of our site with water pond for insects and reptiles, flower beds and field of wild flowers for bees and butterflies. Our aim is to tend towards more self-sufficiency, live in a sustainable way respecting and caring for the nature which we are a part of. We have a small production of artisanal combhoney. It is honey in its most natural form, unique blend of flavors and aromas from different flowers and seasons. Honey from our farm is a single-frame honey, which means that the honey in each frame is hand-drained separately. As a result, the jars of honey are different in colour and taste. Respecting the work of the bees: the time, place and flower from which the honey in question was collected. Our honey is bee-friendly, ethical and human scale. We try to respect as much as possible the natural life of bees and keep the number of hives at a level where we can collect and extract honey by hand.
