MEET THE HEART OF OUR OPERATION:

NANCY
A newbie Wifepreneur, graduate with Degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management and worked at Star Cruises in Deck and Engine Department as Secretary. She is motivated by her love for food. A member of Malaysia's Expat Cookclub Group, an exclusive group participated by expat wives from many different nationalities cooking international dishes showcasing their individual talent in culinary art. Lived, worked and visited differrent countries benefits her from exploring global cuisines, learned international recipes and acquired diverse culinary skills from various cultures, global trend insights and unique cultural immersion for authentic concepts. She will be managing the featured dish and oversees all aspects of a cafés operations.

Pastry Chef / Cold Kitchen Chef
Graduate with Bsc Hons (Degree) in International Hospitality Management and Diploma in Bakery and Pastry from
Le Cordon Bleu French International School, total of 5 years university schooling course. Worked at Princess Cruises -World Cruise as Pastry Chef for 7 years and has travelled many countries. With strong basic foundation in pastry including designing and making cakes. Knowledge and skills in producing different kind of quality pastries like regular, gluten- free, lactose-free, sugar-free and vegan desserts. Knowledge and skills in Chocolate and Sugar design, Cold Cuts and Plating of Starters. She will be managing the Pastry & Salad section blending artistry with culinary science to produce delicious and visually appealing pastries, sandwiches, salad & desserts.
