Hops: Krush & Mosaic

Flavored with lemon purée, vanilla, and lactose.

Beer balances sour and sweet, as well as citrusy and tropical fruit notes. It opens with tart lemon that gradually turns sweet and tropical, creating a complex and refreshing beer that must be experienced.

A collaboration beer with

A refreshingly tart sour beer flavored with mango, peach, and passion fruit, cultured with kefir. The whole creation is finished with cinnamon and cardamom, which bring multidimensional character to the beer. Although it isn’t technically a Christmas beer, the spices make it an excellent choice for the holiday season.
