BLACKCURRANT SEASON 2026 IS HERE 🍇 
Possibly the least stressed blackcurrants in Finland. Now in a bottle.
 Tarja & her sister from Koskenkorvan Luomutila picked our blackcurrants patiently, by hand and without any hurry.

Season 2026 is beautifully intense: deep, tart and ridiculously juicy.

Loads of real fruit, a hint of salt and seriously dense bubbles. Blackcurrant in its fullest form.

Our farmers are our heroes, hands down. They’re the people we admire and look up to.

Growing anything in the extreme Finnish conditions requires patience, resilience and a big heart. Tarja and her sister pick our organic blackcurrants at their own pace, chatting as they went like sisters do.

Stress-free blackcurrants in the fullest sense.

SOUR APPLE SEASON 2026 IS HERE 🍏🐛🍏

The new season’s first bottles are filled with Pirja apples grown by Matias at Pakurlan Tila. Crisp, tart and unmistakably Finnish.

In early July a hailstorm hit the area and lasted for over 20 minutes. The apples were already growing on the trees, so nearly every one of them was left with a small dent.

The damage means that almost all of Matias’s crop this season will go into juice instead of being sold as eating apples. Luckily flavour-wise the apples are stronger than ever.

Sour Apple soda, heaps of local apple, clean acidity, a dry finish and tight bubbles. Like biting into the perfect sour apple, only fizzier.

One might think it’s over, but…

It’s NOT 💖🐛💖

The first batch sold out in a matter of seconds, but this year we managed to find another 1000 kg of beautiful rhubarb.

One of the perks of living in Southwest Finland is defo the fact that rhubarb grows like crazy this time of year.

The second batch of Rhubarb soda is now available. Once it’s gone, the next Rhubarb won’t be back until 2027.

Copenhagen, you were ridiculously good to us.

Last week Team Perso spent four days pouring sodas at the Tivoli Food Festival, surrounded by some of our favourite people, food and energy on the planet.
