We source as local as possible to be able to bring you Fijian and international cuisine in an exciting way!
Pictured here we have a simple and easy to whip up shared platter that features our mango kuchlar, mushroom confit and basil pesto.
Our mangoes are sourced from a Grove in Tuvu, Ba. Our mushrooms are sourced from a small business in Lautoka city and our Basil is sourced from a farm in Nasoso, Nadi.
