Meet Friends of Phos Haven - Children’s Home
Today, we are so pleased to introduce Avnil Asis Kumar and his family from RANVIZ Fresh Farm Produce Pte Limited, whose generosity and continued support have become such a blessing to our children.
From fresh fruits and vegetables to groceries and specific ingredients needed in our kitchen, they are always ready to help. Their support also extends beyond the home, helping us whenever the children have activities outside Phos Haven , whether it is school events, sports days or other activities.We have never had a call for help turned away!
This kind of generosity is not only about what is given, but the consistency, trust and heart behind it. We are truly blessed to have people like the Kumar family walking alongside Phos Haven and caring for our children in such a practical and genuine way. 🙏🏽❤️
And that is exactly what we hope to build with more businesses in our community -> not just donors, but friends and partners to walk alongside us.
We asked Avnil some questions including the big WHY and here are his responses :
1. Tell us a little about yourself.
“My name is Avnil Asis Kumar, and I am the Founder and Director of RANVIZ Fresh Farm Produce Pte Limited. We are a proudly Fijian company based in Nadi. We directly import produce through our company based in New Zealand, supply fresh fruits and vegetables, operate our own farms in Fiji, and support local farmers. We believe that business success becomes more meaningful when it is used to uplift others.”
2. Why did you choose to support Phos Haven?
“We chose to support Phos Haven because every child deserves nutritious food, proper care, love and the opportunity to build a brighter future. As a fresh produce company, we felt that contributing healthy food was a practical and meaningful way for us to make a difference.”
3. What does giving to Phos Haven mean to you?
“Giving to Phos Haven is more than making a donation. It is about sharing our blessings and fulfilling our responsibility to the community. It brings us happiness to know that our contribution can help provide comfort, nourishment and hope to the children.”
4. What would you say to others who may want to support Phos Haven?
“I encourage individuals and businesses to come forward and support Phos Haven in whatever way they can. Whether through food, essential supplies, financial assistance, volunteering or simply giving time, every contribution matters. When a community comes together, we can create a safer and brighter future for these children.”
5. Why will you continue to support Phos Haven?
“At RANVIZ, we believe that successful businesses should not only focus on profit but should also help build stronger communities. These children are part of our community and our future. Supporting Phos Haven is not a one-time gesture for us; it reflects our values of compassion, responsibility and service.”
