A cold, rainy evening. A warm home. A table full of food. ❤️
Last weekend we had the pleasure of catering a beautiful housewarming celebration for 120 guests, bringing together family, friends and neighbours to celebrate a brand-new chapter.
Guests were welcomed with our signature grazing table featuring Chaat Cones, Curried Arancinis, Tikki Sliders and Nibbles, before moving onto freshly made Kathi Rolls prepared live in front of them throughout the evening.
The weather may have been chilly, but the atmosphere certainly wasn’t. The room was filled with laughter, conversations, heartfelt wishes and endless compliments about the food.
For me, this event carried an extra special memory.
This was the day Jiyaan officially learnt how to make our famous Kathi Rolls. The recipe, techniques and little secrets that have been perfected over the years have now been passed on to the next generation. A family legacy in the making. ❤️
Moments like these remind us that food is so much more than what is served on a plate. It’s about family, traditions, memories and bringing people together.
