Galdraisles combines two ancient cultural heritages, the Norse and the Celtic, mead and whiskey. GALDR has fortified our blueberry mead with new make single malt from Faer Isles Distillery and matured it in bourbon casks in their barrel cellars in the mountains. This has resulted in a drink reminiscent of sherry and port, and has never been made on our islands before.
