Sunday 25th October we’re taking the IESSI DRINKING CLUB to .

will be our host for the day, bringing a little Beirut energy to the Parisian bar scene. Behind the bar, the whole team has put together a cocktail list worth the hike up rue de Belleville.

We put two teams in one group chat and decided not to ask too many questions.

IESSI is flying Candelaria to San, in Milano.

lanichristian and Mike Jordhoy will handle the drink list, .bartolucci will be in the kitchen, making sure the tacos keep on coming, and we’ve got an extra little surprise for you all.

Other than that, we can confirm one thing: mezcal shots will be involved. Postmalore and 𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒍𝒕𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒏𝒆 🤍 will most likely be responsible.

Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

This summer we managed to visit a few new tables that recently welcomed IESSI. This is the best part of our job, so of course we had to share these spots with you all.

This month’s IESSI FACES are Roberta and Vincenzo, the duo behind Bar Normale.

A little bit of Liguria, a little of Lombardia – but mostly, Bar Normale is exactly what it says on the window: no overthought concept, no dishes you need a dictionary to order. Just a very good, very normal bar – as promised.

Normal, that is, if your idea of normal includes an exceptional w**e selection, iconic sandwiches and an ice cold Frizzante.
