Vieilli deux ans en fûts de bourbon, puis deux ans et trois mois en fût de Sherry Oloroso Sherry, ce single malt révèle toute la finesse, la profondeur et l’élégance de HÉRIOSE. Chaque fût est sélectionné avec la précision d’un parfumeur pour offrir rondeur, complexité et équilibre.
Avec seulement 343 bouteilles, le Sherry Single Cask est une édition limitée qui incarne l’art du whisky français, rare et profondément raffiné. Une expérience
gustative où noix, caramel, poire, fruits secs et épices se mêlent, pour une finale longue et généreuse.

With only 343 bottles available, the Sherry Single Cask is a limited edition that embodies the art of French whisky rare and profoundly refined. A tasting experience where notes of nuts, caramel, pear, dried fruits, and spices intertwine, leading to a long, generous finish.
