We spent the most beautiful week in Arcachon 🌞

Buying fresh ingredients in the local markets, coming back to the most stun kitchen and cooking for my crazy family in the sunshine while listening to Cleo Sol is what I was put on this earth for 🫶🏼

We cooked down all the fish heads and shells from the night before to make the stock for this beaut and oh ma gaddd it was so delish 🤤

It’s not French cooking but she deserved a space on the grid 🥘

I haven’t cooked properly for ages, life’s been pretty full on recently but I had time for the first time in a while today, so dinner was French trimmed Lamb ribs with burned aubergine yogurt dip and a halloumi salad 🌞🫶🏼

The tomatoes, rosemary and parsley we’ve grown ourselves, home grown tomatoes are just different level 🍅

Had the most wholesome morning doing a Thai cooking class 🇹🇭

We started by going to the markets to buy some of the ingredients that we used, then Woody, our guide took us around his garden where he grows all his own vegetables and fruits then showed us how to make a some beaut Thai food 🌶️🍆🍵

I just wanna live here and eat fresh food all day every day 🦀🐟
