Since making its sparkling debut in the eighteenth century, champagne has become one of the most desirable wines in the world. And the HATT et SÖNER vineyards are amongst the best in Champagne, located in Bergères-les-Vertus, a Premier Cru village renowned for its high-quality production. es and solely from the first press. Our vines are exclusively situated on south facing slopes and many of the vines have a high average age of over 60 years, thus giving us fewer grapes but better wines. The vines are grown using responsible viticultural methods in order to preserve the best quality. Our storage time is a minimum of five years under ideal storage conditions and we carefully avoid malolactic fermentation, so the wines keep their natural freshness with a minimum level of sulfite. HATT et SÖNER cultivates our vines with passion in line with the Champagne tradition, while evolving with new environmentally friendly techniques.
