First time to show in Bangkok! It was a great show and hope to come back in this beautiful country with our champagne 🍾🍾🇹🇭🥂🥂

4 days in Tokyo! We started by a big tasting in academy du vin then we made a seminar. We finished our long day in .wine.bar 🤗 Thursday we had a business meeting in the morning then a lunch wher we met great people! In the afternoon we visited the chef and manager at , we are so honored to be at his restaurant!
To finish this day we had a maker’s dinner at it was great to see that the nice personalize label is a successful! Also we could thanks them to be an other new ambassador for champagne Jean Vesselle 🫠♥️🍾🙏🏼 .
Friday Saturday we went to see our “family customers ♥️🍾🇯🇵” first having one of the best sushi in the world with ありがとう☺️Yuki San and Yoshi San and in the night we had a dinner with our good friend and her husband, we discovered a great restaurant with a incredible wine cellar hope to be one day also in his cellar 🍾🤗! We of course finished our night at Shu♥️🫠! .
Saturday was special for us, we had lessons!
David had a 🥟 gyoza class with Chef 👩🏼‍🍳 Yukari and I had a “pins class“ with Akiko 👩‍🏫 on the afternoon at and of course we finished the day by tasting David’ Gyoza and matching with 🍾🥟♥️… what a great way to finish our trip in Japan!!!

To start this trip we’ve been to Kyoto Kobe and Osaka where we stayed in “Jean Vesselle rooms ” in . Where with David we made the 2d maker’s dinner and we had the chance to make “maki” David was better than me! It was also for us the opportunity to present in “avant-première” our very new cuvée : COEUR DE BACCHUS 2013 ♥️…. Yes we nead to be patient to make good champagne! 🍾
This cuvée will arrive in 2025!!!
It’s Pinot noir from Bouzy cask fermented and cork bottling (2D fermentation with micro oxygenation and aging)
Disgorge after 10 years and 10 months on lies.
It’s a dosage Extra brut.
A beautiful scarf 🧣 where you will be able to find all the informations of the vintage 2013 🤗 Big thanks to Aurore for the huge work on the design of the label and the scarf! 🙏🏼🥰
