Na een lange dag samen rond de tafel, met een glaasje in de hand, gewoon genieten van de zonsondergang over onze wijngaarden. 🌅🍷

Eenvoudige momenten, maar misschien wel de mooiste van de oogst. 🤍

🇫🇷 Les vendanges, c’était aussi ça… 🍇

Se retrouver autour de la table après une longue journée, un petit verre à la main, et simplement profiter du coucher de soleil sur nos vignes. 🌅🍷

Des moments simples, mais sûrement parmi les plus beaux des vendanges. 🤍

🇳🇱 Vanochtend was het tijd voor de “rosé-oogst” bij Marotte! 🌅🍇

Onder een prachtige zonsopgang oogstten we onze Grenache-druiven, die straks gebruikt worden voor onze rosé. Een betere manier om de dag te beginnen is er bijna niet!

En wie kan beter dan Daan uitleggen wat die “rosé-oogst” precies inhoudt, rechtstreeks vanuit de wijngaard? 🍷

🇬🇧 This morning, it was time for the “rosé harvest” at Marotte! 🌅🍇

Under a beautiful sunrise, we harvested our Grenache grapes, which will soon be used to make our rosé. Not a bad way to start the day!

🇳🇱 Wederverkoper in het zonnetje. 🌟

Zoon Jules, ook bekend van de Cuvée Jules bracht een spontaan bezoek aan De Bloementafel van Muiden. 🍷

Naast prachtige bloemen verkopen zij ook andere dingen zoals wijn. De wijnen van Domaine de Marotte hebben een prominente plek in de winkel gekregen en de eigenaren Roland en Sharon vertellen je er graag met veel enthousiasme over. 🍇

In de winkel vind je bijna het hele assortiment van de wijnen van Domaine de Marotte dus als je in de buurt van Muiden bent, ga dan zeker eens naar deze leuke winkel. ☀️🍷

Jules, also known from Cuvée Jules, made a spontaneous visit to De Bloementafel van Muiden. 🍷

Alongside beautiful flowers, they also sell other products, including wine. The wines of Domaine de Marotte have been given a prominent place in the shop, and the owners, Roland and Sharon, will be delighted to tell you all about them with great enthusiasm. 🍇

You can find almost the entire range of Domaine de Marotte wines in the shop, so if you’re near Muiden, make sure to stop by this lovely store. ☀️🍷

🇳🇱 Bubbels, frisheid en precies genoeg verwennerij 🥂🌸

De Summum Rosé is onze verfijnde mousserende wijn: met heel weinig toegevoegde suiker blijft hij mooi brut, fris en elegant.

Heerlijk als aperitief… maar ook bij het dessert, bijvoorbeeld met een lekkere fruittaart. 🍓

🇫🇷 Des bulles, de la fraîcheur et juste ce qu’il faut de gourmandise 🥂🌸

Le Summum Rosé, c’est notre pétillant tout en finesse : très peu dosé en sucre, il garde un style brut, frais et élégant.

On l’adore à l’apéritif… mais aussi au dessert, accompagné d’une jolie tarte aux fruits. 🍓

🇬🇧 Bubbles, freshness and just the right touch of indulgence 🥂🌸

Our Summum Rosé is all about finesse: with very little added sugar, it keeps a beautifully brut, fresh and elegant style.

We love it as an aperitif… but it’s just as delicious with dessert, especially alongside a lovely fruit tart. 🍓

The sun rising over the vineyards, Mont Ventoux in the distance, and nothing but the peaceful sounds of Provence. This is what mornings look like at Domaine de Marotte. 🤍

En ja, onze wijnkelder is gewoon geopend. 🍷
Kom langs in deze bijzondere periode van het jaar, neem een kijkje achter de schermen en proef onze wijnen op de plek waar ze worden gemaakt.

🍇 En daar gaan we: de oogst is begonnen!

Vanmorgen voelde de wekker nét iets zwaarder dan anders… maar met een goede reden. 🚜

De eerste machinale oogst op het domein is gestart, en onze Viognier trapt het seizoen af! 🍇

De machine draait, de druiven komen de kelder binnen en de koffie blijft maar komen ☕️

Kortom: de meest intense (en waarschijnlijk ook de meest spannende) periode van het jaar is officieel begonnen!

Wens ons geluk! 🍀

🍇 Et c’est parti pour les vendanges !

Ce matin, le réveil a piqué un peu plus que d’habitude… mais pour une bonne raison. 🚜

Premières vendanges mécaniques au Domaine et ce sont nos Viogniers qui ouvrent le bal ! 🍇

La machine est lancée, les raisins rentrent en cave et les cafés s’enchaînent ☕️

Bref, la période la plus intense (et sûrement la plus excitante) de l’année commence officiellement !

🍇 And the harvest begins!

This morning, the alarm felt a little tougher than usual… but for a good reason. 🚜

The first mechanical harvest at the estate has started, and our Viogniers are kicking things off! 🍇

The machine is running, grapes are heading into the cellar, and coffees keep coming ☕️

In short: the most intense (and probably the most exciting) time of the year has officially begun!
