Well, the mud has settled after the massive, massive effort to get the harvest done over this weekend and the fish out and delivered to the clients. So it was a superb effort and a huge thank you has to go out to all of my friends Billy Berridge Justin Hamilton Kevin Gardner Andy Clements Simon Bletcher Hurst Knight Knight Andy Abbott and of course Fenner people and everyone that came down to help over the weekend. It's never an easy process. Any fish farmers out there, anyone that's pulled a net, anyone that's sorted and graded fish know that harvest time is a full on period of time that tests you to your limits, tests your endurance. For me, it's always something which is very hard, but also super rewarding when you see those fish coming up, getting weighed and then when we actually take them out and give them to the clients and see that huge smile on the dial from everyone who receives the fish. So I'm just going to do a quick update here. As I say, yesterday we were still in clear up mode, we're still going to be in clear up today. Put a few photos on. We took a lot of video during the day, just didn't have the time to put it out and put it online. So I'll drip feed a few videos out to let you know and let you see what was going on. And yeah, we might even start a YouTube channel up for Fensmere. We got a lot of content, a lot of stuff that I filmed during the weeks, and I may well put it into a bit more of a packaged video, so that you can see things in a little bit more detail as the day to day life of the fish farmer, but also integrating into that the day to day life of the fishery owner. So really the full gamut really from one side of it, preparing and creating and developing the fish through to the actual lake itself and anglers coming down and fishing. So anyway, I'll give you a little update and a few photos from the day just to show you what was going on and over the coming days, coming weeks, we'll put some videos out.
Here are a few photos from the harvest and some of the fish before they were returned to their new homes.
