Ingredients
Step 1: Prepare the Minced Meat Filling
* 250g minced meat
* 1.5 tsp oil
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 1 tsp garlic paste
* 1 tsp ginger paste
* Salt to taste
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 1/2 tsp garam masala
* 1.5 tsp chilli powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp curry powder
* Green chillies (as desired)
* Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
Heat a frying pan and add oil, chopped onion, and garlic. Mix well.
Add the minced meat and cook until it changes colour.
When the water starts to dry up, add salt and all the spices: turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, and curry powder. Mix well.
Cook until the meat is fully cooked. Add green chillies and coriander leaves. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Step 2: Prepare the Potato Mixture
* 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
* 1/2 tsp chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp paprika powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp coriander powder
* 1 tsp chilli flakes
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp oil
* 1/2 red onion, diced
* Green chillies (as desired)
* Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
Boil the potatoes until soft. Once cooked, drain the water and mash them.
Add chilli powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, oil, onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
Mix everything well with your hands.

Step 3: Assemble the Aloo Keema Tikki
Grease your hands with oil. Take some potato mixture and flatten it in your hand.
Place the minced meat filling in the centre, then close it carefully so the meat stays inside.
Crack eggs into a bowl. Dip each potato and meat tikki into the egg mixture, then fry.
Fry on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Your delicious Aloo Keema Tikki is ready.
