There’s something about this w**e I keep coming back to. It has that unique Chambolle lift that is almost impossible not to fall in love with.
From Les Creux Baissants, a small parcel just above Le Musigny Grand Cru, Adrien Guyon makes a striking village lieu-dit with remarkable charm, finesse and sensuality. Old vines, partial whole clusters and a very gentle hand in the cellar shape a w**e that feels silky, vivid and beautifully composed. Pure red fruit, perfume and chalky energy all the way through. A very strong expression of both the terroir and Adrien’s style.

Azzara is one of the producers we are most excited about right now.

Stellogonie, Le Rêve and La Constellation already show how clear Benjamin Azzara’s style is. Old Gamay vines, steep hand-worked slopes, whole clusters, indigenous yeasts and patient élevage - w**es with real energy, precision and personality.

Stellogonie is the most immediate: lifted, clean and full of freshness, from sandy granite soils and aged in used barrels. Le Rêve, from high-altitude Chiroubles, brings more depth and length, with barrel ageing that adds shape without losing clarity. La Constellation, from Morgon, is the most structured of the three - darker, more grounded and with more grip.

We are also very excited to have the new 2025 vintage of Stellogonie arriving soon.

And then there is Clos de la Pépinière - tiny in production, very rare, and a w**e we are very excited to receive. Benjamin once described it simply as “my Corton-Charlemagne,” which says quite a lot.

I’ve been looking forward to sharing this.

Domaine Audiffred is one of the biggest positive surprises I’ve had in Burgundy in a long time. I visited Henri and Benoît in Vosne-Romanée recently — and the w**es truly moved me. So pure, so balanced, so beautiful in their expression.

It’s a small, almost “secret” domaine — there’s hardly anything about them online, and because production is so tiny, the w**es have barely been exported. After several visits to the cellar, I’ve finally been trusted to bring them home, and I’m deeply grateful for that.

After many years at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Henri has taken the family’s small domaine forward with a rare sensitivity to terroir. This is Vosne the way I love it.

I’m genuinely happy to represent Domaine Audiffred in Denmark and I can’t wait to share the w**es with you.

I’m always moved by the level and finesse of Groffier’s Bourgogne Rouge.
Some bottles do not feel like an introduction.
They feel like an invitation.

Groffier’s Bourgogne 2020 opens the door to one of Burgundy’s most sought-after worlds with remarkable grace. A w**e shaped by purity, precision and charm.

There is something singular about the way Nicolas Groffier makes w**e. Even here, the expression is poised, delicate and intense all at once. As if nothing is left to chance. As if beauty must already be fully present from the very first step.

This is not just Bourgogne Rouge.
It is the most beautiful way into Groffier’s world and a glimpse of what happens when the hands behind a w**e refuse to compromise.

Benjamin Azzara — Le Rêve.

This is one of those w**es that instantly tells you who made it.
Le Rêve is Benjamin at his most intuitive - a w**e built on feeling rather than formulas, shaped by patience, touch and trust in the fruit.
It’s vibrant, alive and deeply expressive, with that unmistakable Azzara energy that makes you want to keep coming back to the glass. I can’t keep my hands from this!

Benjamin is an incredible w**emaker and an even better human being.
Working with him and finally having his w**es here means a lot to me.
All of his w**es have now landed, and I genuinely can’t wait to start sharing them with you soon.

These 2023s from Domaine Lafouge are drinking ridiculously well already: pure, energetic and beautifully balanced, with the structure and clarity to age effortlessly for many years.

Drinks like a great Meursault. Deep, layered and confident, with real volume and finesse.
Easily one of my favourite white Burgundies of the 2023 vintage.

Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru “Climat du Val” 2023
The most serious of the three. Calm, refined and beautifully composed, with length and the structure to age gracefully.

They’re a joy to drink today —
and they’ll be even more rewarding in the years to come.
That’s a rare balance and exactly one of the reasons why Lafouge is so good - and very difficult to keep you hands off once it’s in you w**e collection.

Adrien Guyon is an extraordinary warm and genuine person, with a remarkably clear vision of what he wants his w**es to be.

Something I’ve been looking forward to for a very long time is finally happening.

Benjamin Azzara - a name that keeps coming back to me every time I think about what the future of French w**e looks like.
There is a purity, a pulse, a kind of emotional clarity in his w**es that is impossible to forget once you’ve tasted them.
They’re alive, vibrant, instinctive.
W**es made with heart.

Benjamin works with a sensitivity and intuition that is rare today -
each cuvée shaped by patience, risk, and an artistic understanding of Gamay and terroir.
This is not Beaujolais as you know it.
This is Domaine Azzara - something entirely its own.

I’m incredibly proud to bring these w**es to Denmark for the first time.
They land soon… and I can’t wait to share them with you.

This is one of the most exciting producers I’ve ever worked with.

Maison Pature has landed in Denmark 🥂

Every once in a while you taste a new bottle from Ch*****ne and just think:
“Oh. This is serious.”

That was me with Maison Pature and their Premiers Pas. A few weeks later I was in Avize with Elian & Matéo – two 26-year-old cousins who’ve taken over their grandmother Marysa’s vines: 100% Chardonnay, 100% Grand Cru between Avize, Oger and Cramant.

Everything comes from her vineyards and her old cellar. They work with a lot of freedom and intuition – always tasting, listening to what the vineyards give them each year, and letting that decide the final shape of the w**es. All hand work, strict selection, no shortcuts.

We’re starting with three cuvées:

• Premiers Pas – Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (base 2021)
Bright, chalky, gastronomic – and dangerously easy to drink.

• La Marysa 2013 – Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru
Last vintage made by Marysa herself, released late. Deep, mature, full of energy.

• L’Assemblage de la Marysa – 2009/2010 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru
More meditative. Layered, mineral, complex, length. A Ch*****ne for big glasses and long dinners.

Avize — the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
Grand Cru soils, pure chalk, and a light that somehow finds its way into the w**es.
It’s a place that feels alive, and you sense it the moment you’re standing in the vines.

Elian and Mateo capture that feeling beautifully.
Two young, incredibly talented cousins who make w**e with passion, instinct and a deep respect for where they are.
Everything comes from intuition and trust in the land.
Their vineyards are all Grand Cru, and you can feel that precision and purity in every cuvée.

I’m genuinely proud to introduce Maison Pature to Denmark.
