KJ Cakes is an extension of Party & Cakes X'press Macau which was created in August 2008 with an aim to bring joy and laughter to every occasion. In October 2009, it opened its 1st store and expanded its aim; to impact the fun Art of Cake Decorating. It was inspired by my mother whom had started the first party & cake shop in Macau in early 90's and my grandmother who was renowned for her mouth-watering recipes such as "Bolo Manteiga", "Bolo Menino", "Cornstarch biscuits", "Empada" and amongst others. The 1st Party & Cake Shop in Macau was named after my sister and I - "Lisa & Michelle Buffet", business was flourishing. cake orders were ever increasing... Mom even designed her own party line of 3 major characters and had them printed. However, she left Macau after a couple of years and had to unfortunately close it down. Today here we are, Lisa and I both decided to finally continue that business by combining Mom's experience, Grandma's guidance and of course, our kids indispensable ideas and inspiration. Our shop in Macau growing and today an expension to Party Organizing and Supplies in Lac Leman Area too! Today hope to be able to cater your next party and bring the joy, laughter and excite all thoes taste buds with our yummy cakes and finger foods! Combined with my family's support, I am making this a reality.
