Monocépage de Gamay et certifié bio, ce vin incarne la pureté de notre terroir. Les vignes, âgées de 60 ans, sont choyées sur seulement 0,5 hectares, faisant de chaque goutte une rareté. 🌱💎

La vinification : les grappes entières subissent une macération semi carbonique à basse température pendant 12 jours. Sans sulfites, avec des levures indigènes, reflètant ainsi l'authenticité de notre terroir. L'élevage en foudre en bois vient parfaire cette symphonie, ajoutant des nuances subtiles et une élégance incomparable à notre Chiroubles Javernand. 🍇🎻✨

👨‍👦 De père en fils, l’art de la viticulture se transmet au sein de la famille Morin !

👨 Eric, mon père, représente avec ma mère Pauline la troisième génération de vignerons de notre domaine familial. Sur cette photo, il semble très sérieux, mais il est toujours le premier à plaisanter, s’amuser et partager des moments conviviaux autour d’un bon fromage et d’un verre de vin.

🧘‍♂️ Pionnier dans son approche, sa sensibilité envers la nature l’a toujours incité à travailler la vigne de manière durable, avec une certaine réflexion. C’est d’ailleurs cette vision qui l’a poussé, dans les années 2000, à introduire les cépages Syrah, Marselan, Gamaret et Chardonnay dans notre vignoble, afin de faire face aux changements climatiques à venir 🌡️.

🙏 Aujourd’hui je le remercie de m’avoir transmis sa passion, et sa confiance pour reprendre les rennes de notre histoire familiale !

👨‍👦 From father to son, the art of winemaking is passed down within the Morin family!

👨 Eric, my father, along with my mother Pauline, represents the third generation of winemakers in our family estate. In this photo, he appears very serious, but he is always the first to joke, have fun, and share convivial moments over a good cheese and a glass of wine.

🧘‍♂️ A pioneer in his approach, his sensitivity towards nature has always led him to work the vine in a sustainable manner, with careful consideration. It is this vision that prompted him, in the 2000s, to introduce the grape varieties Syrah, Marselan, Gamaret, and Chardonnay into our vineyard, in order to face the upcoming climate changes.

🙏 Today, I thank him for passing on his passion and his trust to me, allowing me to take over our family history!

L'importance de la propreté dans le Cuvier 🌱🧹

🧽 La propreté est essentielle pour garantir un environnement sain et agréable dans le Cuvier. Cela devient d'autant plus crucial lorsque nous passons au label bio.

🚿 Le fait que ce soit propre permet de limiter le développement des bactéries non désirables qui pourraient nuire au vin, d'autant plus lorsque l'utilisation de sulfite est réduite.

Et OUI, le nettoyage contribue donc en quelque sorte à la qualité de nos vins !

🧽 Cleanliness is essential to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment in the Cuvier. This becomes even more crucial when we transition to the organic label.

🚿 Keeping it clean helps limit the growth of unwanted bacteria that could harm the wine, especially when the use of sulfites is reduced.

Après une petite blessure à la patte, Rio est maintenant totalement rétabli 🩹. Il a repris ses activités favorites : courir dans les vignes, accueillir les visiteurs avec une joie contagieuse et apporter une touche de bonheur au domaine. 🐶💪

🍇 L'outil indispensable pour passer à la phase de vinification : la pompe 🍷

Lors de la vinification, la pompe devient un outil essentiel.

La vinification c’est simplement le processus de transformation du raisin après la vendange en vin, comprenant les étapes de fermentation, de macération et de vieillissement ⏳.

Afin d'offrir calme et volupté à nos jus, nous évitons autant que possible l'utilisation de pompe, qui parfois perturbe le vin, mais elle reste nécessaire pour les remontages, les décuvages et les débourbements.

When you start the winemaking process, a pump becomes an essential tool.

Winemaking is simply the process of transforming grapes after harvest into wine, including the stages of fermentation, maceration, and aging.

In order to offer tranquility and voluptuousness to our juices, we avoid as much as possible the use of pumps, which can sometimes disturb the wine, but they are still necessary for pumping over, racking, and settling.
