A wonderful memory of a lovely dinner at Romi’s , orchestrated by the talented Chef Tomer Markovitz. A beautifully crafted menu, perfectly paired with our cuvées 🍾 — a huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, and to all the guests who shared this memorable culinary experience with us.

A masterclass focused on our wines and our winemaking philosophy. Big thanks to  , Alexia and  ,  .to , Kyle and Charlotte  , for your passion, curiosity, and daily commitment to sharing Champagne wines in your establishments. 🥂

Thanks to everyone who welcomed us so generously to taste our wines. These moments of exchange, discovery, and sharing are what make our work so rewarding and alive — thank you again for your time and hospitality


And of course, a very special thank you to Mark , who has represented us with passion and dedication in Ontario for the past 10 years. Thank you for your trust, your hard work, and the care you take in presenting our wines — we know they’re in the best hands!

These past few days have been intense but filled with wonderful encounters and learnings… not to mention our crash course in baseball! ⚾ We’re sorry for the Blue Jays, but what a memory it was to be there during such a historic World Series! 💙

Être vigneron, c’est bien plus que faire du vin. C’est partager une passion, susciter une émotion, provoquer une rencontre. Sans cela, notre métier n’aurait ni goût ni sens.
Lors de ces quelques jours à New York, nous avons eu le bonheur d’échanger avec des passionnés éclairés, des amateurs curieux et des professionnels et ambassadeurs de nos vins au quotidien.
C’est pour ces moments-là que nous faisons ce métier.

Merci à pour ces 13 années à nos côtés. Merci Doug, Tina, Whitney, Jen et toute l’équipe, pour votre engagement et votre confiance. Merci pour la dégustation à Flatiron et le déjeuner Mignon chez Gramercy Tavern à vos côtés. 🫶🏻

Un immense merci à l’équipe de la à , Justine et l'équipe de la Fête, ainsi qu’à tous les sommeliers qui nous ont assistés avec passion durant les dégustations

Chaque jour au domaine, avec notre équipe, nous imaginons, accompagnons et élevons nos vins jusqu’à ce qu’ils ne nous appartiennent plus…mais qu’ils vous appartiennent, à vous, amoureux des vins de Champagne. Alors merci de nous permettre de faire vivre nos vins au-delà de nos terroirs.
