At Hennessy, chalk calligraphy is one of these emblematic traditions. Using a unique alphabet developed by the Maison, skilled artisans carefully inscribe each barrel with essential information, including the batch number, origin, vintage and cru, ensuring the precise management and traceability of eaux-de-vie.

Every year, these inscriptions are meticulously erased and redrawn to maintain their clarity and accuracy. Passed on through dedicated training, this unique savoir-faire continues to be preserved by a new generation of artisans, reflecting Hennessy’s enduring commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.

From New York to Los Angeles, Dom Pérignon unveiled Expressions of Harmony, a multi-sensory experience bringing together three new vintages for the first time: Vintage 2017, Vintage 2008 Plénitude 2, and Rosé Vintage 2010.
