🍷Our Rosé des Riceys has been selected by Le Point among the 10 best rosé w**es in France.

We were particularly touched by the words of Jacques Dupont and Olivier Bompas:
“A rare, gastronomic w**e, with complex and layered flavours, which gains with age.”

Rosé des Riceys has always had an important place in our family. We’ve been making it for generations here in Les Riceys, from Pinot Noir grown on our terroir.

Seeing our Rosé des Riceys — and this small appellation we care deeply about — recognised in Le Point makes us proud. ❤️

🌅 Sunrise over the 2026 harvest 🍇

This year, the alarm is ringing particularly early… and not just in the morning!

The 2026 harvest will be remembered for its exceptionally early start. We are already picking the grapes that will give birth to the next vintage.

At sunrise, the first bunches are placed into the picking crates, bathed in that very special light of harvest mornings.

A new chapter is being written at the estate. 🍇✨

Emotional days at the w**ery 🍾✨

We bottled our 2025 vintage, a w**e shaped by an exceptionally early harvest and the unique character of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys.
This stage, called the tirage, marks the beginning of the prise de mousse: the natural second fermentation inside the bottle that slowly creates the bubbles of Ch*****ne.
From now on, time and patience will do their work quietly in our cellars for the next few years.

A beautiful reminder that every bottle of Ch*****ne begins long before it is finally opened. 🥂

Disgorgement: the final touch in Ch*****ne 🍾

After several years ageing on lees, comes a key moment: disgorgement.

👉 Its purpose? To remove the natural sediment formed in the bottle.

In practice, the neck of the bottle is frozen to trap the lees. When opened, the pressure naturally expels this deposit in just a few seconds.

A quick step, yet essential: it reveals the w**e’s purity and clarity ✨

A small amount of dosage liqueur is then added to define the style (Brut, Extra Brut…), and the Ch*****ne is ready to be enjoyed.

A precise gesture… serving balance and expression.
