Mes conseils faciles pour éviter la constipation :
• Bois beaucoup d’eau (au moins 1,5–2L par jour) 💧
• Mange des fibres (fruits, légumes, légumineuses, grains entiers) 🥦🍎
• Bouge tous les jours (marche 30 min, yoga, sport) 🚶‍♂️
• Pruneaux, jus de citron, gingembre… les remèdes naturels qui marchent !
