2 months after most w**eries, we'll start this coming week to harvest the whites 🙂
Since 2003, no matter how dry, wet, sunny, rainy, warm, cool, the vintage was, we have always harvested the whites at the end of the harvest!
Yes, we are in Provence, but 1st of all in the mountain, on Northern foothills of Mont-Ventoux at 350m high 🏔
Despite the late harvest, our Montagne white is always dry with acidity, freshness similar to Northern France!
The blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc is perfect to enjoy both honey-like flavours, thanks to very ripe brown drying berries, and great acidity, and low level of sugar.
This terroir is really exceptional, and it's such a priviledge to have it.
