The old French tradition requires with cheeses, some bread, walnut, pear.
An oxydized white wine is of course the best with its nuts flavours so this Oxygen, bottled last year, is perfect 🙂

La Montagne 2017 in this great line-up once again in Cologne.

Sometimes in Sweden, a boat is required to attend a tasting 😄

The island of Ven is such a preserved and beautiful place.

Thanks so much to Niels, Caila, Catherine, and all the team of the House of Ven for this great 6 courses 10 wines wine maker dinner.

Such a pleasure to share with you, and the 35 people who attended this very friendly moment.

And of course, a special thank you to Ingvar and Anna for their hospitality and having organized those different tastings across Western Sweden.

Following 's advise, I've just opened a bottle of Argile 2012.

And yes, that delicious 😋🍷
Impossible to think it's already 14 years old, so young still.
And fresh which is surprising since 2012 was a warm and dry vintage.
The mouth is perfect, great density, silky tannins.
