🎣 5 Fish for a First-Timer here! 🇫🇷

​We had a pleasure of hosting Mika at L’etang de la Vilotte last week, and what a week it was!

​The French sun definitely got the memo, with temperatures soaring up to 28°C. With that kind of heat, the carp were spending most of their time basking in the upper layers, enjoying the Vitamin D rather than looking for a snack! ☀️🐟

​Despite the tricky conditions, Mika put in the work and managed to land 5 beautiful carp up to 29lb. Not bad at all for a first session on a new water!

​Mika was a top-tier guest and a great guy to have around the lake. Huge congratulations on your catches, mate—we hope to see you back at the Cabin soon! 🏡🛶

A Vilotte Masterclass from Will! 🎣🇫🇷
We love seeing new faces at L’Etang de la Vilotte, and last week we welcomed Will for his very first session on our banks. To say he hit the ground running would be an understatement!
Will put on a total masterclass, landing a staggering 14 carp throughout the week. The crowning jewel of his session? A stunning mirror tipping the scales at just over 53lb! 🏆

He’s done it again! 🎣 It was an absolute pleasure having Dave back with us last week, and boy, did he make it count.

​Dave managed to land 6 stunning carp, completely smashing his Personal Best with a perfect 55.7lb Mirror! 🏆 Always a highlight of the season when he’s on the bank.
