Oh dear. Bad news. We’ve picked the grapes for the Bourgogne Rouge, but the quantity was disappointing. Just 20 hectoliters per hectare. Normally, it’s at least double that. Make sure to place your order well in advance.

Things are looking good for the grapes, but high temperatures are expected in the coming weeks. We are keeping a close eye on everything. (When you are in the neighbourhood and would like a wine tasting: let us know!)

Outside it's bright, sunny and warm. What a pleasure to spend some time in the wine cellar every now and then. A wonderful 12°C (54°F).

Another sunny week, but not every wine is suited to these high temperatures. Still want to enjoy a true taste of Burgundy? Then choose an Aligoté or a Bourgogne Blanc. À la vie ! 🍷

Because "Mom" is turning 90 today, so we are back in the Netherlands for a bit. Nice break from all the invisible paperwork at the office. More about that later. First we celebrate!
