Thanks to everyone who came last night. We had a blast! For those who asked what the sauce was we served with our 'freshly dug up potatoes' It was a Spanish Mojo Verde, made by grilling a green pepper and chilli, then peeling the skin off. Into the blender with a bunch of coriander, a couple of garlic cloves, 2 tbsp vinegar, about 6 tbsp olive oil, salt to taste and I added a splash of a green hot sauce to give a gentle kick.
