~ il "Jura", nous "Jurons" Château-Chalon ~

🧭 Frédéric Lambert winery is a family estate based in Jura Le Chateley village and, farms certified HVE vineyard over 7 plots of limestone clay by partly Toulouse le Château historical region of typical Jura wines.

🏰 The Tower of that ruined Medieval castle is the Frederic Lambert's logo because the vines surround it. Historically, that Tower was sacked by Louis XI's troops in 1479 which gives this interesting storytelling around their bottle labels too.

🍇🟡Proudly farming Château-Chalon Savagnin vines, Frédéric and, his wife, Marie-Anne, elaborate one of the best oxidative 'vin jaune' of the Jura wines in respect of the traditional way of producing.
🥇Indeed, they just have been awarded of 2024 Excellency Price of the Paris Concours Agricole regarding the 2017 vintage.

🍷I confirm a delicate tasting of all these wines that will match 🇰🇷 Jura lovers... wishing all the greatest success of them overseas cleverly selected by .

~ Loire ANJOU un peu... ANJOU encore? ~

🏰The Château de la Calonnière is a special Loire Valley Domaine that I discovered with an original labeling style with an emblematic dovecote on most of them, a strong identity managed by a nice team, straight tasty wines, specially the prestigious white AOP ANJOU that my korean importer HJ chose for a successful start on the 🇰🇷market.

🧭 Located in the heart of Martigné-Briand village, the Calonnière's team farms about 20 Ha. over shale and sandstone soils, vines border the Layon River giving the freshness and the perfect result of the Coton du Layon sweetness.

🍾 Their Crémant de Loire has got a good potential for all your happiest elegant moments thanks to very fine bubbles and its fresh attack.
🍇 This Chardonnay is fermented and matured in oak barrel which gives some light toasted aromas with acacia flower notes.

🍷 the Calonnière's world will give you this feeling or this taste of "coming back to it" again and again...will it be yours too?

~ A different eye on Jura wines ~

Domaine FORET is located in the capital of Jura, Arbois, owned by Frederic Foret, last generation but not least!

In 1885, Elie Foret, his great-grandfather, planted his first vines on echalats in places called "Les Corvées" and "Curon". These lands today have an undeniable reputation.

Faithful to the family tradition, Frédéric farms in a reasonable way the 5 Jura grape varieties on 7 Ha. in AOC :
🍷 'Instant Flora' (Trousseau), 'The Touch Trad' (Chardonnay + Savagnin), 'Secret d’Origine' (Savagnin) and his sublime emblematic 'Vin Jaune' are to be discovered among the 8 cuvées that Freddy offers for tasting.

🇰🇷Indeed, these cuvées have been selected by one of my faithfull korean importers looking forward to get a great success on his market.

✨️In addition to his qualities and skills as a winegrower, Freddy is an artist with a passion for welding and metal. He created so many beautiful sculptures both at the vineyard and at the cellar; The most singular and monumental of his sculptures is a Clavelin bottle & its glass, more than 4m height and 6m length.
💯 It is a must if you come to Arbois as you can contemplate it from the road 'N83'.

♥️'Freddy' is considered as the generous representative of «The Art of Arbois».

~ Traditional Chateauneuf-du-pape ~

📍Domaine Serguier is located in the heart of Chateauneuf-du-pape village. Their Grenache noir vines are more than 100 years old thanks to the Owner's great-grandfather's farming; Daniel is now taking good care of his vines with his wife, Aurélie, making some well-balanced and regular Chateauneuf-du-pape wines year after year over 6,5Ha of this AOP.

🍇The traditional cuvée of Serguier's winery is a blend of 70% grenache noir / 12% mourvèdre / 13% syrah /4% cinsault / 1% whites

🌱Laboured on Limestone-clay-sandy soils from a rich patchwork of plots to give the finest wine of the Legendary Chateauneufdupape.

🏷The labeling reflects their brand image and gives you the right impression of what you will drink.

🍷At a blind tasting, you could recognize the 18-month-elegant-vinification which indeed is awarded by the most famous wine critics in the world. An intense garnet color and a generous aromatic bouquet both on the nose and on the palate, with a discreet woody flavor.

🍽 A bottle to present on fine cuisine restaurants; this is the new Challenge of my faithful Korean importer who is proud to have found this special Chateauneuf-du-pape in his portfolio.

~ Historical vineyards in Loire Valley ~

Château de Parnay is located in Parnay village, 15 ha of vines are distributed up to Loire River on Craie & tuffeau soils, Saumur & Saumur-Champigny AOP, organic certified since 2010. The famous owner Mr. Antoine Cristal (1887-1931) created this deep history about the winery, more specifically about the way of farming, even opened a school in that "big garden" while phylloxera was the main dramatic matter at that time in the French vineyards.

🟥 Clos d'entre les murs is typically the plot that makes you dive into the exciting storytelling about the most emblematic place at Parnay's.
Antoine Cristal built 11 walls close to the vine to keep its freshness in the shade whereas others are Northern sun exposure to be able to guarantee the best-balanced wine, counting the 27th vine foot right in the middle...such a sense of numerology! Only 2500 bottles of this cuvée are yearly produced.

More than the taste and quality-based criteria, all the marketing around Parnay's environment is powerful, from the historical cellar in the dovecote, through the bottle labeling up to the atmosphere at the wineshop like in a museum... you just want to stay hours inside!

team is warm welcoming people as much as Antoine Cristal would have loved giving the heritage of his passion to his successors.

Each cuvée has its personality and deserves to match fine cuisine, any of the world's cuisines would pair with it as long as it is refined & alimony for the whites and, spicy & smoky for the reds.

~ Fancy grape juice ~

🧭Southwest region makes one of the best grape juices in France that you can find at Domaine CARCENAC in Montans (81) near Gaillac city.
🍇This is a 100% loin-de-l'oeil typical varietal juice, with a kid-design-style-fun label on (Unicorn or Tractor)....it works out for any age-category audience!
🏷Not too sweet, aromatic, and refreshing, only made in a one-liter bottle for some extra pleasure! There is no added preservative product inside to drink it fresh.
🪙This valuable juice is the most competitive I ever found in France so far.
