ast, Fishers Island, USA ranging from small dinner parties to large house parties. In France she has spent many years on the waterways working for luxury hotel barges including Orient Express. Tamsin and Michelle both now live and work in the Morzine area catering for large and small events throughout the year.

We're back working with the Lycée Hôtelier Savoie Léman and at the end of this month, the students are presenting their pop up restaurants! 4 nights of different menus and concepts which form part of their end of year projects. Tables can be booked by the link below or you can call the number.
We've booked for the Tuesdsy night, but Im confident that every night will be excellent.

Wedding tastings
We absolutely love them. It’s usually the very first moment we all meet after countless calls, emails and messages.

We invite our couples into one of our homes, cook for them, talk, eat, and walk them through each dish. It’s such a special time where we get a true insight into their lives and their vision for the day. It’s our chance to really connect, laugh, and plan together.

And just like that, our week working with the Licence students at comes to an end. These young professionals are the future of hospitality and management and it's been an absolute pleasure!

The highlight was our visit to Morzine, where four incredible local businesses generously opened their doors and shared their vision and passion with us. The students were inspired every step of the way.

From the clever concept of and the delicious health focus of , to the boutique charm of with the ever-welcoming James, we were off to an amazing start. After a quintessentially British lunch, we toured the impressive site of and topped off the day with a brilliant session from and the amazing Amie. Thankyou all.. we were all blown away by your warmth, openness, and enthusiasm.

This is an outstanding hospitality and management school, and we’re so lucky to have it right here in Thonon. Thank you all for an unforgettable week! 🙌✨

It's that long run time of year again!!
Jura, October, 105km and 4000m of climbing. Last year, I missed the cut off by 4 minutes. This year, the course was "pulled" by the emergency services at 75km and just over 3,000 meters of climbing due to horrific weather. 90km winds, torrential rain, and apparently "Dante esque" conditions completed a cracking day out! With more mud than a hippy fest, and I bobbled up and down the course. Fueled by Michelle's amazing take on a pot noodle and Jo' endless supply of very small gloves, we slid over the finish line. As always, an amazing crew and taxi service and more lovely calls and messages than I can remember. Thanks to you all, but I can't promise that I won't try again next year!!!!!!

Last week took us across the lake to beautiful Lutry. Working alongside .exclamation.marc , Stefan & his family , we had the pleasure of being part of a truly special vineyard dinner. Paella, roast lamb, fillet of beef — all paired with incredible wines, storytelling, and good company. An unforgettable way to celebrate the end of summer! 🥂✨
