Sadly it has been a disastrous year for truffles across France, and much of the rest of the world! With many producers only achieving less than 1% of their normal production, whilst the truffle experts are unable to explain why!
On a positive note, we are using the time that we would normally use truffle hunting and going to markets, to clear dead and dying trees, making way for more planting.
Hopefully next truffle season will be a good one 🤞🏻
