If you've been here recently, you've heard us talking about having a sabbatical in the United States ... well, the good news is that we had our visa meeting this week and we have been approved to travel :)

A new adventure awaits! We're going to Vermont, and I'm going to work in a restaurant, get some more advanced bread and pastry experience, and Andre is going to have his own little art gallery in the same town.

The sad news is we're leaving soon - like in a few weeks. With the Covid situation, travel isn't easy, and we need to go when they say we can (which is immediately! we're as shocked as you are!).

We will be back in Paris often, and I've already researched places where I can host meals when I am here visiting.

But before we go, I want to have one more event!
Can you come for Brunch next Sunday?

I'll make nice food :) and how about chocolate mousse cheesecake for dessert?
