The countdown to the European Jersey Forum 2026 is on, and this November we'll be heading to the beautiful landscapes of Switzerland!
Our host association, Swiss Jersey, is a vibrant community bringing together 328 members and around 3,560 Jersey cows.

โ€ข The largest Jersey herd in Switzerland numbers 110 cows, located in Matran, in the French-speaking region.
โ€ข Most Swiss Jersey herds are found in the German-speaking part of the country.

๐ŸŒŸ Swiss Jersey cows are also setting remarkable lifetime production records:
๐Ÿฅ‡ ROULETTE-ET Ruby, owned by Antoinette Frey (Affoltern am Albis), has surpassed an incredible 100,000 kg of lifetime milk production!

โ€ข 6 cows have exceeded 80,000 kg
โ€ข 43 cows have reached 60,000 kg of lifetime production.

We regret to inform you that the Swiss Jersey Society has advised us that, due to a combination of circumstances, they will unfortunately be unable to host the 2026 European Jersey Forum Meeting as originally scheduled for 18โ€“21 June.

That said, the Swiss Jersey Society and the EJF Board are actively working to reschedule the forum later in 2026, and we expect to share the new dates with you shortly. ๐Ÿ™
