THREE MORE DAYS. The countdown is officially ON!

Members from around the world are about to gather in Aix-en-Provence for 3 unforgettable days of gastronomy, celebration and a Grand Chapitre unlike any other.

📍 Thursday, June 11 The festivities begin with a Welcome Dinner at the magnificent Centre d’Art Caumont, in true Provençal style.

🤫 Friday, June 12

The evening offers two different experiences. Some members will embark on a surprise gastronomic adventure at a secret location hidden among the olive trees of Provence.. Others will gather at La Petite Ferme for a warm and generous Rôtisserie-style dinner, celebrating the simple pleasure of sharing around the fire.

⚔️ Saturday, June 13 The Grand Chapitre reaches its climax at Château La Coste with the Induction Ceremony and an exceptional Gala Dinner set amongst vineyards, contemporary art and breathtaking scenery!

This edition sold out in record time and we can already feel why.

🎤 Hello Bernice, can you please introduce yourself?

I’m an entrepreneur, performance artist, and consultant in the global hospitality industry, with a focus on building brands that blend wellness, culture, and experience.

I’ve founded and operate several ventures across food, beverage, and wine, including RACKS, CRFT, and my boutique winery, Bellavizio.

In addition to being part of the Bureau National of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Hong Kong, I’m a certified sommelier in Hong Kong and Greater China, an active member of the Association of Disciples Escoffier International, and have been recognized by leading wine and gastronomy institutions. In 2024, I was honored as Chevalier of the Mérite Agricole by the French government.

Earlier in my career, I was an actress with TVB Hong Kong, and I continue to support cultural and philanthropic initiatives connecting communities across Asia, Hong Kong, Canada, and China.

🎤 Since when are you a member of La Chaîne?

I officially became a member in 2023 , but have been attending Chaîne events all over Asia for over 8 years.

🎤 Can you tell us an anecdote/fun fact of your induction?

I was very lucky to be inducted in two places! I received my certificate in Hong Kong, but my official induction took place in Nice, France, by our President, Mr. Atallah. It was a dream induction: to have it happen in France was already very memorable with La Chaîne brothers and sisters from all over the world to share on this special occasion.

🎤 What is your favorite La Chaîne event and why?

My favorite event was definitely the dinner that took place at the Musée National Marc CHAGALL. I am a huge fan of art and especially of Chagall, so Chaîne hosting an exclusive luncheon on the grounds and having the museum to ourselves… amazing and magical!

🎤 What do you like the most about being part of La Chaîne?

The community/camaraderie of La Chaîne is like no other. It’s global, and very connected. No matter where you may be in the world, one click, and there is a Chaîne brother or sister ready to greet you!

An unforgettable edition of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs 2026 unfolded last weekend in Istanbul 👏 and here are some of our favorite moments… from the intensity of the kitchens to the elegance of the gala evening.

A competition marked by precision and creativity, with candidates rising to the challenge under pressure, a jury fully immersed in the moment, and a deeply moving awards ceremony celebrating excellence.

The day continued with the induction ceremony, welcoming new members into the Confrérie, before culminating in a gala night to remember!

Congratulations to our 2026 winner, Erik Hansen from Canada, as well as to the two outstanding finalists: Joel Manninen (Finland) and Marcell Kocsis (Hungary).

Yet again this weekend was a remarkable tribute to the next generation of culinary excellence.

👑 Frangipane or brioche: which Galette des Rois rules at your table?

Originally linked to the Christian celebration of Epiphany, the Galette des Rois has become a beloved tradition across French-speaking countries. Today, it is enjoyed not only on January 6th, but often throughout the entire month.

There are two iconic versions: the classic frangipane puff pastry, or the brioche-style crown.

Hidden inside each cake is a small fève, a charm, and the promise of becoming king or queen for the day. Even a simple slice can bring a moment of joy.
