Tonight it’s Goat’s cheese, Figs, some leaves and some of this exceptional bread they have everywhere here. If you look carefully you can also see the wine tasting Rosés for tonight- the one in the burgundy style bottle is delicious and the one in the Bordeaux style bottle is €2 for a reason.

What are your favourite burger flavours? There’s a very cool event coming up, so I’m doing some highly important and also delicious testing- trying not to give too much away but it is difficult when one of the photos is an open burger. 🍔 😎 👌 🔥

School is over for another year- we made it. For now it means tapas, wine, and feeling “very cultured”. Almost as soon as we landed in Madrid, like a moth to a lightbulb I’d ended up in this place - Mercado San Miguel- which has stalls selling different types of tapas, and also wine 🍷 … for now I’m going to be practicing my absolutely dreadful Spanish 🇪🇸

I’m not saying that these pizzas encouraged the universe to help England to victory last night, but we don’t know they didn’t. We’ll never actually know, but deep down we will all hold a suspicion that it’s the case. Ham, Ricotta and Blackberry on one, and Goats cheese and chilli jam on the other.

I didn’t make this Ice cream on the Kamado Joe, but my Ninja Creami Swirl is an indoor only item. If you don’t have a Ninja Creami you’re missing out, especially in this weather- haven’t even given me free stuff for this plug, it’s just that good- although they totally should.

What I ate today: Started it with Harissa and Anchovy boiled eggs, finished off with Persian style Apricot, Orange and Almond Chicken- I did accompany the later part with some Orange Wine made in Georgia 🇬🇪 which do@you prefer? Tell me in the comments 😁
