🍇 Des raisins à l’Armagnac, tout commence ici…
Après une année de travail au cœur de nos vignes, les vendanges ont marqué, fin septembre, le début d’un nouveau chapitre pour notre Armagnac.
Récoltés à maturité, nos raisins sont issus de quatre des dix cépages autorisés en Armagnac : l’Ugni Blanc, le Baco, la F***e-Blanche et le Colombard. Chacun apporte ses particularités et contribue à façonner le caractère de nos eaux-de-vie.
De la vigne à l’alambic, chaque étape compte. Et l’histoire de notre prochain millésime commence ici. 🍇🥃

After a year of hard work in our vineyards, the harvest arrived at the end of September, marking the beginning of a new chapter for our Armagnac.
Harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness, our grapes come from four of the ten grape varieties permitted in Armagnac production: Ugni Blanc, Baco, F***e Blanche and Colombard. Each brings its own unique characteristics, helping shape the distinctive character of our eaux-de-vie.
From vineyard to still, every step matters. And the story of our next vintage begins here. 🍇🥃
