Blanc de Blancs 2021 embodies a key milestone for the House. Crafted from several terroirs and produced through organic farming, it reveals the full precision of Chardonnay in a true expression of the Mandois style.
This vintage also marks the arrival of Maximilien de Billy as Oenologist Cellar Master, a symbol of encounter and shared trust.

With the Vertus 2020 champagne, Claude Mandois pays tribute to a founding terroir. Located in the southern part of the Côte des Blancs, Vertus is both a place of memory and of expression.
