Day 2 of and what a day it was

An intimate six-hour immersion with private tour, extraordinary vintages, and a lunch that felt nothing short of magical.

A surprise pour of the 2000 vintage set the tone… followed by magnums of Grande Cuvée Rosé at the table. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better,

The 2000 is full-bodied, sunny, and profound with incredible depth, while the 2004 is bright, lighter, and sweeter. Both aged to perfection for 16 years on lees and Pinot dominant, showcasing style.
